Beancurd Rolls

Resep ini hampir mirip dg yang ngohiang, tp yang ini memakai ikan dan daging. Kulit kembang tahu mesti ditangani dengan hati2 soalnya gampang robek, kadang aku suka pake dua lapis. Selain daripada itu prosesnya cukup gampang.


Bahan isi:

1 lb fish paste

1 lb daging babi/ayam cincang

3 batang daun bawang

2 wortel potong kotak2 kecil

4 sdm cornstarch

3 sdm gula

2 sdm cooking wine

2 sdt sesame oil

1/2 sdt garam

1/2 sdt merica

Bahan kulit : 6 lembar kulit kembang tahu

Cara membuatnya:

campur semua bahan isi, aduk sampai rata, bagi jadi 6 porsi. Jika memakai kulit kembang tahu kering, rendam sampai lunak. Taruh satu porsi isi diatas kembang tahu, gulung. Bungkus gulungan kembang tahu dengan aluminium foil dan kukus selama 25 menit. Kemudian goreng gulungan kembang tahu itu sampai kuning kecoklatan.
