Sambel Goreng Udang Tauco


Sambel goreng udang yang satu agak berbeda dari yang biasa, soalnya memakai tauco dan sangat cocok kalau dimakan dengan lontong.


Bahan:

200 gr cabe hijau potong serong (buang bijinya bagi yang tidak suka terlalu pedes)

2 buah tomat belah 4

100 gr pete (kalau suka)

500 gr udang besar buang kulit, tinggalkan ekornya.

2 blok kaldu

garam dan gula sesuai selera

4 sdm minyak goreng

bumbu:

1 sdm tauco haluskan

1 bawang bombay cincang

3 siung bawang putih cincang halus

1 sdm (sesuai selera) sambal oelek (saya pake yang dari botol)

2 cm lengkuas (saya pakai 1 sdt galangal powder)

2 batang serai

2 lembar daun salam

Cara membuatnya:

Panaskan minyak goreng dan tumis bumbu sampai wangi. Masukkan cabe hijau dan tomat. Setelah mendidih tambahkan 1 cup air and kaldu. Masukkan pete dan udang. Tambahkan garam (cicipin dulu, soalnya tauconya cukup asin) dan gula sesuai selera. Setelah mendidih kecilkan api dan masak sampai agak kental.
